I'm Happy Grumpy in Denial

I keep wanting to get on here and pour over this amazing "Thank You" entry to all those who supported me during the graduation festivities. But I'm grumpy and sick and in no mood to give the proper acknowledgment of appreciation. I only want to be proper, sooooooo...

Instead I'm going to grumble.

Ahhhhhhhhh, hmph, pouty lower lip, wrinkled brow. Me Me Me. I hate being sick.

Thoughts this morning:
1. Ellie's coming over and I can't hug her because I don't want to give her cute self this stupid weird flu-like madness.
2. I love my ipod and the person who gave it to me.
2.5 I have too much music to choose from thanks to the music madness from 17th street
3. Morning e-mails make me happy, so does my "Popeye sing-along" DVD.
4. Rain is nice in the morning. If it stops it means I won't have an excuse to bum around the house all day.
5. My bed is so cozy.
5.5 David Sedaris cracks me up, I couldn't put that book down last night, perhaps I should not read really interesting books before bedtime. They keep me up.
6. I wish I had more to say right now.
