I Like a Good STARE Every Once in a While
My eyes, they Ache.
Like that icky eye-platter picture on Matt's blog, http://dailyburble.blogspot.com/ Thus, the Big Font. That's what they feel like, like they've been sitting on a platter for 8 hours, dry, unable to close, red, itchy, tired. I've been staring at the beloved laptop (my savior!) for hours! Ahhhh, don't let me fool you, I'm positive! My eyes hurt, but I got a big chunk of thesis out of the way, and I'm feeling gooood, crazed and sleepy, but good! It's so incredibly slow-going, this process...but still, I'm so happy to be writing. It's amazing, I actually get excited about writing! Cool! I'm almost there, Sammy, keep at it!No grammar skills left tonight. gone, all of it... creativity down the drain along with the grammar and the spelling and the punctuation. Apologies. It's been pounded out of me. Just Sammy to the core now, no upgrade, no perks.
Soooooo, thoughts today:
1. Quiz on Tuesday for class I no longer attend but miraculously still get an A's in
2. Is little 5 over yet so I can stop feeling bitter contempt for sorority chicks and their following? Oh, God, make it stop!!!!
3. Interview on Thursday for which I must prepare prepare prepare because I'm gonna look hot and in control in my suit and this new-found confidence that I can accomplish ANYTHING (last minute).
3. Had an uplifting conversation with Dad about how to master my interview...even took notes, that guy is amazing! I hope I can get to it, I hope I can prepare, I hope they understand I'm perfect for this internship, I hope, I hope, I hope.
4. Oh, and I found out that COAS (college of arts and sciences for you non-IU participants of commencement 2005) students can sit wherever they want during graduation, so long as they stay with the rest of the white-tassled folk. So Matt, Chris, and I have GOT to sit together. Matt, you're sitting with me, you too Chris. No choice, I don't want to hear about it. So, you guys have any mini-travel games we can play to pass the time? I have a feeling about an anti-exciting commencement coming up, but perhaps I'm just being a scrooge.
So, that's my update.
Oh, I can't stop looking at this screen! It's pulling me in, I can't take it. I'm in a stare. I like a good stare every once in a while, and this is a good one. Ahhhh, stop, eeeeeeeeeeeee, rrrrrrrrr.....1,2,3
BLINK!
Phew~! I broke the stare. Okay, I go now. Sending big huge hugs along with my big huge Courier font.
night night.
